ARC 13
Compact hot line · Compact kitchen
- Menu → kitchenCompact hot line
Tacos cook on a griddle, so the unit needs a hood: every IronMile griddle package includes a Type I hood with UL 300 fire suppression.
- Volume → modelARC 13
At 40 to 80 orders an hour we size for a steady line without the largest body. ARC 13 offers the Compact hot line.
- SiteEvents & pop-ups
Towed from event to event, so any towable model works; we pick on menu and volume.
- PowerShore power on site
Shore power on site: the unit plugs into the 120/240 V panel’s shore-power inlet, no generator needed.
- OptionsPermit & plan-review package
