QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.
What's the lead time?
8 to 14 weeks from a confirmed PO. Stocked-spec configurations on the IM-FT-12 and IM-BT-14 ship faster (~6 weeks). Coast-to-coast delivery is included; non-CONUS pricing is on request.
How does pricing work?
MSRP shown is the base configuration. Final price is a function of finishes, equipment, and delivery zone. After your quote request we send a configuration call link and a written quote within 2 business days.
Is financing available?
Yes. We work with two SBA-approved equipment financing partners. Typical terms: 10–20% down, 36–84 month notes, US credit only. Lease-to-own is available for qualifying operators.
Where do you install? Can I bring my own dealer?
We deliver finished, road-legal units. Optional white-glove install (electrical hookup, signage wrap, food-service inspection assist) is available in MI, OH, IL, IN, PA, NY, FL, TX, CA. Outside those states we coordinate with your dealer or RV technician.
What's covered under warranty?
3 years on structure (frame, skin, axles), 1 year on appliances and electronics. Glitch-Box hardware is 2 years, software is included for the life of an active subscription. Transferable to second owners with VIN.
Do I have to buy Glitch-Box?
No. Trailer SKUs are sold standalone. Glitch-Box is opt-in either at order time or as a field-installable upgrade later. Most trailers (except IM-TR-16 bare) are pre-wired Glitch-Ready, so a later add-on is plug-and-play.
How does Glitch-Box handle customer privacy?
Customers must scan a QR code and explicitly opt in before any face is captured or processed. We log the consent per clip, never store biometric vectors, and never share faces across operators. Operators can disable Glitch-Box anytime from the dashboard.
What if connectivity is bad on-site?
The edge module queues captures locally on a SQLite-backed buffer (up to 72 hours of typical traffic). When the LTE or Wi-Fi link returns, queued jobs upload with exponential-backoff retry. The customer always gets the clip; they just may wait a bit longer in dead zones.
Can you build a custom configuration?
Yes. Start with the IM-TR-16 modular bare trailer or the closest standard SKU. We've shipped one-off builds for breweries, mobile clinics, and brand activations. Custom builds typically add 4–8 weeks to lead time and start at the $58K mark.
Where are you based and who do I talk to?
IronMile Mobile Solutions LLC is incorporated in Michigan. All US sales, support, and warranty work is run from Michigan. Manufacturing is split between US final-assembly and partner foundries in China.
