One model, from CAD to your driveway
Every IronMile unit starts as a parametric CAD model. The drawings, the phone AR and the kitchen layouts on this site are exported from those models, and every price comes from one price list, so what you configure here is the starting point for your spec.
Six tools, one source
Drawings at true scale
Each of the 9 models has a CAD master with its real body dimensions. The side views and the lineup above are exported from those masters, not drawn by hand, so they compare at the same scale.
Compare the models →Your unit in your space, at 1:1
On a phone, all 9 models open in augmented reality, standing on your own lot at full size. After you pick a color, a logo and options, the phone builds that exact unit for AR. Your logo stays on your device; it is never uploaded.
Configure, then view in AR →Look inside the kitchen
The cutaway takes the roof off at the window sill so you can see the line. Equipment comes from our CAD equipment library, laid out for each kitchen package (8 layouts across the ARC 16 and ARC 13 today). Equipment shown is typical for the package; final makes and models are confirmed in the signed spec.
Open the cutaway →Plan from your menu
Tell the planner what you serve, how many people and where you operate. It picks the kitchen package and model from written rules, gives a budgetary estimate and lists the questions your local inspectors will decide.
Plan it from your menu →One price list everywhere
The price builder, the 3D stage, the planner, your build summary and the concept sheet all read the same table. The number you see on one page is the number on every other page and in the enquiry we receive.
Open the price builder →A build you can send
Your build travels with you across the site and turns into a printable spec and a concept sheet with your colors and logo, ready to share with partners or attach to your enquiry.
Start your build →3D and AR views are concept models, subject to final engineering. Prices are budgetary estimates in USD, delivered to Novi, Michigan, and may be adjusted if US tariff rates change.
Fewer surprises between the screen and the unit
Decide with the real size
Check the footprint on your lot, the window height from the ground and the clearance around the unit before you sign, not at delivery.
One spec for everyone
Send your build as a link. Your team, your landlord or venue and our team open the same configuration, and the enquiry we receive carries it too.
We built these tools for our own trailers. Now other makers can use them.
IronMile Studio turns a manufacturer's CAD into a web configurator with live prices, phone AR at true scale and quote requests that arrive by email, with an inbox and price editor for the maker. The configurator on this site is where these tools started.
